On our way from Homer to Skagway we stopped briefly at the Alyeska resort to take their tram up to the top of the mountain. Alyeska is the largest ski resort in Alaska and during the summer is still bustling with activity including downhill mountain biking (you put your bike on their ski lifts to get up the mountain), paragliding and what we spent our time doing ... looking at the beautiful scenery.
We stayed at a campground in Destruction Bay on Kluane lake over night.
This is beautiful. I hope you paraglided. It's awesome, if not DO IT! You won't regret it. Feel like a bird.
