On Sunday, we all started off on a long hike to the Harding Ice Field. It was quite the hike... Zach and Steve decided turn back about halfway up. But Karen, David and Nathan made it all the way to see the huge Harding Ice Field that feeds so many of Alaska's glaciers.
Annually the Harding Ice Field gets 100 feet of snow. That snow compact and slides down the passes creating glaciers.
